General quality problems of fire shutter:
(1) During the material inspection, the thickness of raw materials of main parts and components failed to meet the standard requirements. For example, some manufacturers used 1.0mm thick steel plates instead of 3.0mm thick steel plates for base plates, which would lead to insufficient stiffness of base plates and easy extrusion deformation.
(2) During the guide rail inspection, the parallelism error and perpendicularity error of most manufacturers did not meet the standard requirements, resulting in large gaps in the middle, and the fire and smoke prevention measures lost their effect.
(3) During the base plate inspection, some manufacturers' fire shutter cannot contact the ground. In case of a fire, the flame will spread from the base plate to the ground and from the fire part to other parts, which cannot effectively prevent the spread of fire smoke and can not play the role of fire separation.
(4) There is no drawing production in fire shutter production enterprises. In order to save trouble, most enterprises assemble and install on site according to the size of the door opening, without drawing, resulting in low installation quality.
